Refund policy

If the mosaic is not as you expected or you choose to return it please let me know as soon as possible after delivery. Buyer must contact me within a week of arrival.

I am more than happy to refund your total order cost once item is returned to me. The Customer is responsible for shipping return cost and the ORIGINAL shipping charge if they choose to return. Items with free shipping will have a restocking and original shipping cost fee. 

If your order is damaged or missing please contact within a week of arrival.
